Last weekend, we met the participants of the Creatorship training in person for the last time. This time, the training took place in Stari trg pri Ložu, on 23 and 24 June 2023.

On the first day, we talked about systems thinking, the ecosystems we work in, and how all this affects us. We continued with a presentation by Borut Jerman, president of PiNA, who talked about how to lead a team through transformation.

Jaka Kovač, an external collaborator and trainer, was also present throughout the training, using the theory of non-violent communication by Marshall B. Rosenberg, and demonstrated how to address conflicts.

On the second day, Simona Špilak, a trainer from BOC INSTITUTE, joined us to explain the importance of emotional culture.

"We finished the weekend with an open space method and a final evaluation. The story of Creatorship does not end here. The participants are still waiting for individual coaching and the implementation of individual projects. This is to encourage them to apply all the knowledge they have gained during the training in their work", said Maja Drobne, Project Manager, about the last live training.

The training is just the beginning of their transformation towards creative leadership.
